Our Biscotti Journey

Enjoy Biscotti Company was established .  . .  . . . not on purpose.  Just following our motto to 'listen and follow,' the company has been growing steadily, creating products that bring Joy to our customers and having a lot of fun at the Kitchen with the gals.

  When my kiddos were elementary age, I was always sharing and gifting biscotti.   A friend / owner of a coffee shop said 'I could sell those.'   Everywhere we went, more coffee shops were saying the same thing.   When Century Link hired us to bake 40,000 biscotti bites in one month, we realized we actually had a business going.  That was back in 2008, now we're going strong with customers across the country.

Our journey evolved from one biscotti flavor to over 15, and creating a diverse portfolio of products to meet the needs of our audience of independently owned coffee shops:  oatmeal cups, granola, cookies and nuts.

Our 4th quarter of the year is the most productive with Holiday Corporate Gift Campaigns.   Thanks to Netflix, EBC was put on the world map when we created Pop Tart flavored biscotti that Neflix used in a campaign to relaunch The Gilmore Girls.

Proud to also claim Macy's, Nordstrom, Offen Petroleum and Longmont Dairy Farm in our lineup of biggies.

We're proud to have a team of friends who get to plan their own work days at the kitchen,  get some chat time and make some extra coin for themselves.   All have had their own professional careers in life, though have made their families a priority.

We are committed to sharing our passion for exceptional handcrafted goodies.  It's more than making the bottom dollar as a business, it's the JOY of knowing the products are loved and we're creating a lot of smiles.
